Leadership
Program

Laurus’ Leadership Program was created to turn today’s campers into tomorrow’s leaders. Whether your child wants to make new friends and socialize or participate in leadership building activities, this program will keep their young minds active in a fun summer setting. We believe that the mentorship provided in our Leadership Program builds the fundamental skill set required to be successful in whatever their future endeavors may be.

See our Weekly Leadership Schedule

The Laurus Leadership Program caters to early high school aged students (ages 12-14) and provides them with the opportunity to be exposed to a wide range of activities focused on Leadership development.

Throughout the summer, our Leadership campers will be exposed to a variety of experiences, creatively programmed to a weekly theme. Each week, our program will incorporate regular camp activities with leadership trainings, an optional outing, bi-weekly volunteering opportunities as well as assistance with simple but fun Laurus tasks. By combining the best of our traditional camp experience with developmental activities, our Leadership program ensures that our campers are given the opportunity to develop their critical thinking skills, leadership capacity, confidence and problem solving.

Every Tuesday afternoon, our Leadership campers will do local volunteer work.

Our camper to counselor ratio allows for the perfect combination of independence and mentorship, allowing your teen the chance to create their own unique summer experience.
