Specific Training Activities
Seven STAs. A week of discovery.
The same hands-on STA approach families love at Laurus Summer Camp, adapted to March Break. Campers explore their interests through creative projects, skill-building activities and active play, with activities tailored to their age group.
Science
Explore experiments, ask questions and discover how the world works.
Dance
Move to the music, learn new steps and express yourself with friends.
Soccer
Practice ball skills, teamwork and friendly games adapted to winter camp spaces.

What a March Break day looks like
A typical day follows the familiar Laurus rhythm: a welcoming start, hands-on activities, time with friends and plenty of movement, with a winter twist.

Focused sessions bring the Laurus Specific Training Activities approach to a week of discovery, practice and creativity.

Take time to eat, recharge and enjoy a calmer moment before the afternoon activities.

Winter adventures and team challenges
Mix indoor activities with outdoor play. Snow games and fresh-air breaks follow the weather and ground conditions, with indoor alternatives built into the day.

Outdoor play is part of the March Break experience. We adapt activities to the weather and ground conditions, and balance snowy adventures with indoor games, STAs and warm-up breaks.
What to pack
- Warm coat, snow pants and waterproof winter boots
- Hat, neck warmer and mittens or gloves
- Extra socks and a change of clothes
- Indoor running shoes for gym activities
- Refillable water bottle and the lunch or snacks needed for your child’s day
